Contact forms
EFI Technology S.r.l. will collect, process, and store the data you provide (e.g. name, address, telephone number, e-mail) if you use the contact form on our website. Data processing and data retention time

2) To prepare estimates. Since these are necessary data, consent is required to allow the holder to draw up estimates. The acquired data will be kept for no more than 2 years from its preparation and delivery. Legal basis: Consent.
3) To execute the existing contractual relationship. Since this is necessary data, consent is required to allow the holder to execute, manage and organize the contractual relationships with you. The acquired data will be kept for the entire duration of the assignment, not later than 10 years from the termination of the same. Legal basis: Consent.
4) To fulfill current administrative, accounting and tax obligations. For these purposes the processing is carried out without the need to acquire your consent. The data are processed by us and by our employees, and are communicated to the outside only in compliance with legal obligations. In case of refusal to provide the data necessary for the above-mentioned obligations, we will not be able to provide you with the services requested. The data acquired for these purposes are stored by us for the time required by the respective regulations (10 years, and even beyond in the case of tax assessments); legal basis: Tax accounting regulation.
We also wish to inform you that the European Regulation recognizes certain rights, including the right to access and rectify, or cancel or limit or oppose the processing, as well as the right to data portability, if and as applicable (articles from 15 to 22 of EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016).
